Join a company where you can help us refresh and celebrate the moments of today while creating the possibilities of tomorrow. <br><br><b><b>Summary</b></b><br><br>Responsible for overseeing the entire inventory management process within a company, including receiving, storing, tracking, and distributing stock, ensuring accurate inventory levels, minimizing stock discrepancies, and optimizing efficiency by partnering with our internal controls teams to maintain smooth operations and meet company goals while ensuring the safety of our people, workplace and environment and meeting all company, legal and other requirements.<br><br><b><b>Responsibilities</b></b><br><br><ul><li>Supervise daily counts of full goods and raw packing materials.</li><li>Supervise weekly counts of ancillary items.</li><li>Assist in reconciliation of inventory variances of full goods/ancillary items and raw package materials.</li><li>Review/research status of Open Purchase Orders, Stock Transfer Orders, and Non-Trade Orders in SAP.</li><li>Review daily product disposition reports.</li><li>Foster and maintain open communications with all internal stake holders.</li><li>Review/audit product movement within facilities, i.e. check out/in procedures, breakage write-off process, and product recover/destruction process.</li><li>Report any short dated product to warehouse and distribution managers.</li><li>Hire, train, develop and manage inventory analyst and production staff.</li><li>Review Day Supply reports for risk of out of stock. </li></ul><br><b><b>Qualifications</b></b><br><br><ul><li>High school diploma or GED required.</li><li>Bachelor&apos;s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of warehouse, distribution, inventory control, or related operational experience required.</li><li>Experience using SAP Inventory Management or similar inventory management systems preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience required; experience in a union environment is a plus.</li><li>Experience leading inventory, warehouse, or production operations with responsibility for inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and control processes required.</li><li>Demonstrated experience supervising and developing frontline associates in a fast-paced operational environment preferred.Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills required.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence.</li><li>Ability to periodically lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of the role.</li></ul><br><b><b>Additional Information</b></b><br><br>Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.<br><br>Click here to review Philadelphia's Fair Chance Hiring Law: https://www.phila.gov/HumanRelations/PDF/BTB%20POSTER.pdf<br><br>For additional information, please visit our company website at http://www.libertycoke.com/","department":"Warehouse Operations","departmentId":"6581c4d7c01702004c867e4b","employmentType":[{"value":null}],"datePosted":"2026-07-01T00:00:00.000Z","applyUrl":"https://conaservices.jobs2web.com/liberty/job/Philadelphia-Supervisor%2C-Inventory-Control%2C-3rd-Shift-PA-19134/1404930100/?feedId=333100&utm_campaign=CONA_AppVault&tcsource=apply","attributes":[""],"recruiterAssigned":null,"address":[{"city":"Philadelphia","state":"PA","country":"USA","zipCode":19134,"address1":"","location":{"type":"Point","coordinates":["",""]}}],"city":"Philadelphia","state":"PA","zipCode":"19134","country":"USA","salaryMin":"NaN","salaryMax":"NaN","salRateType":null,"brandId":1038117,"createdAt":"2026-07-01T00:00:00.000Z","updatedAt":"2026-07-01T17:13:31.589Z"},"summary":"Job details for Supervisor, Inventory Control, 3rd Shift"}
